Treats will be $1 and will be a random selection from this list. Parents or guardians must complete this form by the day before treats are sold in order for your student to be able to purchase treats (for example, complete form by September 8 for your student to be able to purchase a treat on September 9). You only need to fill out this permission form one time for your student. The permission form is valid for the entire 2026-2027 school year. Please note no bills over $20 will be accepted.
