What is the Aspiring Teachers’ Club?
The Aspiring Teachers’ Club is designed to inspire students to consider a career in the teaching profession. It is a great opportunity for students to learn more about themselves and the field of education. Students will participate in activities, learn new skills, gain confidence, and meet new people.

Why should I join the Aspiring Teachers’ Club?
The Aspiring Teachers’ Club introduces students to the benefits of being a teacher while providing meaningful experiences that support students’ aspirations to become educators.
Students who participate will:
● Build an understanding of the nature of education
● Learn about the various roles of educators
● Explore different education fields
● Gain hands-on experience
● Practice new teaching skills

Who can participate in the Aspiring Teachers’ Club?
Seventh and eighth grade students at Keller are welcome to participate in the Aspiring Teachers’ Club.

What is the time commitment?
There are ten meetings for students to attend.

What time do we meet? Where do we meet?
We meet after school from 2:15 pm to 3:50 pm in room 125.
