The Department of Language and Culture will be offering English as a Second Language conversation clubs for District 54 parents this summer. Sessions are 1 hour for 4 weeks. The club will allow participants to practice and develop their conversational English skills. Each class has a new weekly focus and participants will engage with one another in a whole group setting as well as in small groups. Those who are interested in attending can choose from one of three available sessions:
June online session
- Thursdays, June 6 – 27 from 5-6 p.m.
- The group will meet online through Zoom.
June in-person session
- Tuesdays, June 4 – 25 from 7-8 p.m.
- The group will meet at the District 54 Professional Learning Center (522 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg IL 60194) Enter through Door C1 and go to Room 104.
July online session
- Tuesdays, July 2-23 from 7-8 p.m.
- The group will meet online through Zoom.
